Can the admin see a complete breakdown of the tutor’s total revenues, paid out payments, pending amount to pay a tutor, and the amount requested by a tutor for payout?
Admin can see how much the tutor has earned for each payment made by the students on the payment manager page.
Can the tutor request for payout after every class?
The tutor can send the request only if the class is completed, that is, both the student and the tutor should have attended the class. Only then it will be marked as ‘Completed’.
Can we set the payments to the tutors on a salary basis?
Since the tutor sets the price of his webinar, there is no option for salary-based payments. But this can be customized.
How does the payout flow work? A complete guide.
1. Login as a tutor
2. Click on the Payout header tab
3. Click on the Add a Bank Account button
4. Click on the Create Account button
5. Select the type of Account and fill the fields and click on the Save button.
6. Go back to the Payout page
7. Select the date range and click on the Send Request button
How much will the tutor be paid for each session?
It depends on the price he has set for his course. For example, if the tutor sets the price at $10 for the webinar and if the admin commission is 10%, then the tutor will earn $9.
How often can the tutor withdraw?
The tutor can withdraw at any time, provided he has sufficient balance in his wallet.

If the student books for a webinar and if the webinar has multiple slots, will that be a single payment, or is that payment per session?
Payment will be for the complete webinar.
Is there a minimum amount in the tutor’s e-wallet to request for payout?
The minimum amount is $1.
The tutor is eligible for a payout after completion of the webinar completion.
Talk about if it’s a multi-day webinar – only after completing the full webinar on all sessions, the transaction is complete, and earnings will reflect.
What are the payment methods a tutor can add to request for payout?
A tutor can add a Direct deposit to his or her bank and / or Paypal

What happens to the earnings of the tutor if the admin refunds the amount to the tutor?
The earnings of the tutor will be deducted by the amount the admin sent a refund to the student.
